We know it is important for everyone to live life as they always want; this can be to continue to live with their loved ones, close to their family and friends and in a familiar environment with cherished memories.
Our flexible home care services can cover anything from a to personal care to 24-hour care. Our home care service can be used for short term support following an illness or because the usual carer is having a break, or as the start of your journey where it may develop to long term home care.
Visiting Care
Visits are tailored around individuals needs enabling people to live comfortably at home instead of going to a residential care home. Visits can vary from check-in visits, medication management and prompting, attending appointments and social activities, companion visits, personal care, home tasks and preparation.
Live In Care
Unlike visiting care, where carers visit you in a time of need, live-in care offers a dedicated carer who lives with you in your own home, to provide care and support around the clock. Our live-in care services are person-centred and tailored to meet each service user’s unique preferences, needs and routines.
