24/7 Short Term Supported Accommodation
This service provides 24/7, short term supported accommodation to homeless people who are leaving acute inpatients wards or people who have accommodation, however waiting for other social care needs to be fulfilled. We work closely with clients and community teams to help our clients find a permanent home. We provide client centred support to enable our clients to make choices, control and to live the lives they want.
